er no, actually I made it late last time, we are supposed to be voting at the end of may for June, End of June for July and End of July for August, it goes on.

Oy, how will we know who will be the best in the future? Like I get the best member of August while I quit after the end of July? (as an example.) But I dunno, I m not good with management stuff so, keep it your way, i guess.
