In this full of distractions world, we're getting busier and busier. Work, study, class and so many make us worn out.

It'd be better to relax by taking time alone. ( Just my opinion )

So, let's see how and when we spend our time alone.

If spending time alone as in really alone, I think I spend about an hour or 2 a day.
If only physically, I spend about 6 to 14 hrs (Net)

It sure is good but sometimes, that might turn you into psycho if over-did it.

then maybe about 15 mins per day.

I usually spend my free time on the net so i'm not really lonely.

0 when I am alone and around 8 - 12 hours if I am on net ;D
But that's when I am not at work.

for me, i spend alone in the morning right after waking up, and just sort of sit there on the bed doing nothing for 15 minutes

Of cuz, it's the most effective one in relaxing time alone techniques. xD

To me, when I stay alone, I do nothing, think nothing, just staying still.. I can't even compare that time with the date. It's so wonderful doing nothing.. aww

Today, I spent my time alone in the bathroom for an hour~! It's nice to have a warm bath in a bathtub once in a while hotspring

These days I hardly have time alone. At home, mum is mostly around except bathroom. At school, all time.

Lately I haven't much time to myself. For this week I'm the only male in the household so all jobs are upon me, mowing the lawn, washing and preping cars, repairing broken electronics, in the mean time, I have my studies.......(....well 50% of the time goes to PC)

As for me, I take my self alone time when the world and your life doesn't turn out the way you think or expected even though you're trying the best to attain it.

With Gaming!

Listening music isn't as effective since, it brings feelings depending on the mood of the song.

As for game, you can put all your mind into it into the game world. Which really is the most effective for me.

Reading book sucks at a time like that.

I oxo enjoy reading books.. it nourishes my mind, and clears all my emotions.. hee hee^^

They are like my best frds, never disturb my moods, always listen to what I'd like to say, then, they even discuss some topic wih me nonverbally. Most of d time when I feel lonely, I just do some readings.. then, thinking is done. May be, at d time when i think lots, I occasionally go crazy and insane.. Very Happy
