Dragonball: Evolution

Okay, so I just rented the movie recently because a friend recommended it. I was a fan of Dragonball growing up and really didn't want to see a movie that I was sure would disappoint me. And yeah...it didn't disappoint me, it made me angry. Really, that movie was Dragonball in name only. It was nowhere near as good as it should've been. The effects were good yeah, but the plotline sucked, the acting was bad, and the dialogue predictable. Anyone else agree? Anyone disagree?

Oh, and why was Goku white while everyone else wasn't? That just seemed wierd to me.

Sorry, i havne't seen that anime movie yet. But, about the dragonball animes, i've been planning to watch the DragonballZ-kai ... the whole series again!

How were the plot lines sucky? and ... may be goku's white because he's dead? xD

Yep, as Rimy says, it's the recent live-action adaption of Dragonball with a smoking hot Asian Chi-Chi and a geeky white guy Goku set half in high-school and half-at various parts in the world. Need I say more? Yeah, Rimy, I agree. Goku should've been a sexy Asian guy. Or hell, I would've even settled for a non-sexy asian guy. But Justin Chatwin...like seriously, what was with that casting decision. I think the casting director was on drugs. And Yamcha and Bulma...don't even get me started on them. And why is Piccolo missing his atenna type deal? And where the hell is Vegeta for that matter? Or Krillian? And when did Master Roshi become young?

And unfortunately, my movie place says you cannot demand a refund because you hated a movie. So I spent my precious money on major suckage. There should be a law saying you get refunds on movies if they nice that bad. Which is why when I'm made ~~supreme dictator of the earth~~Prime Minister, that law will be the first to go into effect.

I'm never watching a Action/SuperNatural Live Action anime again >.>

The live-action movie for "Itazura Na Kiss" is quite nice. The main actress is quite cute Very Happy

I think, the movie is named ... "It started with a kiss" and there's a season2, "And they kiss again".

Also, SkipBeat live-action movie is coming soon. I found out on wiki that the Ren guy is totally ... =w= yucky~ xD Very Happy
