warning points should also be strictly given i think. and u kno, supermoderators and normal moderators and such

Um,to get moderators,we need active members.Kuro is our only mod,and as
I see now he's not very active.Well,same porblem as usual,we need more
members.

And the members we have should have their own responsibility. I will seek Lelouch and Cherry for normal members.

As long as each member stays good, we won't even need much mod.

In the situation that we are now,I'd say S is right.
